Billing will start once you purchase this option, and continue for the next twelve months. Skyhook Bouldering hopes to be open by the first quarter of 2024, but we might miss the deadline. Once 12 months have passed, your billing will be put on hold until you have had 12 months of possible access to our new facility. IE, if you sign up in August 2023, you will be billed until August 2024. In that situation, if Skyhook Bouldering opens March of 2024, you would gain access to the gym in March of 2024. Your membership would stop billing in Aug 2024, and would stay active and usable until March of 2025. Once your 12 months that you paid for are up, you will be automatically re-enrolled at whatever our current membership pricing is, unless you send a email with at least 30 day notice to our staff email address. We reserve the right to change what software we bill this agreement under, as this website is brand new, and we are still setting up our normal payment processing software for the second location. We reserve the right to cancel this deal at a later date and issue you a refund. If we do not chose to cancel this deal, there are no refunds.
We tried to make that clear, but given how every email we have gotten has asked about that, it needs some clarification. Both of these options are great ways to lock in your low price for a founding membership. The Founders Silver Annual is a 12 month agreement, you pay for the first month, and get your price locked in before we become cool, and then once we have been open for one month, your membership starts billing every month like normal. The Founders Silver Annual (Support) is a way you can show love for the vision of the gym and help us bring every part of our dream to life from the get go! You will pay from whenever you sign up, for twelve months. Then however many months you supported us before we opened get added as a credit to your account, so you still get exactly the amount of climbing you paid for, you just help us out before we open. As an additional thank you for choosing to support us before we are open, we also throw in a free ten punch pass that CAN be shared with friends and family, which is a pretty great deal!
