Womens + Night

The second Friday of the month is for the ladies! Join us for our women's + climbing night. Bring your girlfriends and climb in a supportive environment with other women, nonbinary, and gender nonconforming climbers. Snacks, fun, and girly-pop included! Hosted by the Ladies Climbing Coalition.

2SLGBTQIA+ Night

Climb in an inclusive, queer friendly environment with other members of the community! The perfect time to make friends with other 2SLGBTQIA+ climbers. Climb and hangout, eat some snacks, listen to queer artists, and enjoy the gym in it's queerest state.

Craft Night

Climb some walls and knit some shawls! Bring your craft of choice and join other climbers who are passionate about art. The area under the spray wall will be reserved for the crafters during this time. Please keep messier crafts at home (please no glitter).

Check out our art wall while you're here! Members can display their art and list if for sale if they would like. Art does not have to be climbing related, as long as it is appropriate!

Outdoor Climbing

Want to get climbing outside? Come talk to us! This is NOT an official Skyhook event. Joel will be organizing an outdoor bouldering meet up at Carver on June 29th. Space is limited so let sign up at the front desk asap! 10 spots currently available. It is strongly recommended to sign up only if you are comfortable climbing most of the reds in the gym (V4ish). This is mainly a safety concern, the padding outside is considerably less than in the gym and a degree of confidence in ones own ability and ability to fall safely goes a long way to keeping everyone injury free. If you aren't sure or have questions, just ask!

Block Party

Come join us for a party at the gym! We will have the parking lot reserved for the day for a place to hangout out side to enjoy food, drinks, and games. Free to join for members! Time, date, and more information coming soon!

Vertical Valhalla Competition

This will be Skyhook's first official competition! We will be going all out on this event, we will fly setters in from Europe, bring a new batch of holds and volumes into the gym (including some that are larger than a tall adult!), and tons more! more details coming soon.
