Hi, I’m Ju. With over a decade of experience in movement, injury recovery, and performance training, I help people like you rebuild strength, prevent setbacks, and unlock your full potential. Whether you're overcoming pain, optimizing how you move at work, or chasing a new physical goal, we’ll create a personalized path that works with your body—not against it.
You won’t get cookie-cutter workouts here.
